Querying Your Data
Occassionaly, OrthoSight users want direct access to their database for research purposes.
To fill this need, MedTrak has built three tools for the more adventurous and technically
savvy users. The first tool we offer is an AJAX based query system that lets you build and
view simple queries in a web interface (shown below). There is also an option to download
the results of a query in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The second option is a simple data
exportation of your entire database to a Microsoft Access file. This exportation and download
is performed on demand through the OrthoSight webserver. The final option is a custom data
exportation to a format of your choosing. This exportation is typically used for output to
lagacy database formats.
