All data is collected through surveys administered on a Palm
handheld computer. Use the Palm simulator below to gain a
sense of how such surveys appear on the device. For each
question, click on the button that contains your best response.
When you are finished with the survey, click “Continue” on the
bottom of the screen to go on with the tour.
